Accommodation
Salem is a small 150 year old stone cottage within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, 1.5 miles from Strumble Head. The cottage faces the coast with stunning sea views from every room. The accommodation has recently been completely refurbished and, with new double glazing and loft insulation, is very comfortable and ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, and families with children and pets.
Salem accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. The original ladder/staircase from the kitchen leads to a crogloft, a secret hideaway in which to relax. Two additional small children can be accommodated here by special request. The kitchen has a fridge, electric cooker and microwave with dining area. The bathroom has both bath and shower.
There is a cosy sitting room with a cast iron stove and glorious views. The sun room is a perfect suntrap, even in the cooler days of autumn and spring, and the courtyard is an ideal place for outdoor meals at the picnic table. Parking is available on both sides of house.
Salem has all the mod cons you’ll need, but no TV. We’ve kept it that way for those who want a rest from the pressures of modern life!
